The interesting about this place is the location; this are in front of the international Airport of Tijuana and this is the first thing than the people who arrive to Tijuana see. I cut the first part of the cross and leave the rest this way you can see part of the letters there and this give it more dramatism to the picture. The letter say: NO IDENTIFY, in the the next cross in the vertical area, has the name of the state where the person born and maybe the name of the person in the horizontal area.
I chance the color and adjust the brigth.

This is the oppositive side of the same road and the wall who divides one city in two; Tijuana San Diego. I the begining I want to erease the garbage over the wall but this give more realism to the picture.
