HI!!
I didnt have PS in hand so i had to manage with photo-filter.
I have taken the following steps..
1. Played the hues and produced a reddish sands..
2. Fliped it horizontally to give it a upwards journey.
3. Auto levels
4.Balck thick border.
5.Increased shadows.
6.Increased contrast.
7. Sharpened it!
