Using the marquis tool, I lassoed the rider and moved her to the left. I then erased and used the clone stamp to even out the water and the skyline.
I also used the dodge burn tool to adjust contrast in small areas of the sea.
I then vignetted the image slightly by making a duplicate layer, and using curves, darkened it down about 15%. I erased from the middle out using a 500px brush at 33% hardness. Then I flattened and uploaded.
