This is a view from the roof balcony of a new wine producing enterprise, financed from EU development funds. I tasted the wine - they call it "Windy hills" - it was good. What was bad was its relatively high price - a 700 ml bottle costs from 5 to 10 Euro, while a bottle of the same quality from the old wineries costs about half that price.
