Workshop Note
I started with making different layers of the frame, the lower part and the upper part of the photograph.

I the upper part, I selected all over-exposed whites of the sun and toned those done, after which I layered a orange 25% photo filter over that.
Then I merged the sun and the sky again and layered an ND Grad filter and a polarizer filter over it. Merged that one and layered a 2-colour blue/orange filter over the top part, which I did only use in some spaces with an opacity brush.

After that, the lower part with the shadow and highlight option. Go to the advanced options where you can set the radius and pixel size for the settings. Shadows +6, 25 radius and 21 pixel size. +20 colour correction and clipping at 0.1/0.1.

Then merged all the layers back together 'et voilá'. Hope you like it!
