Hello Andrien,
First of all I used auto levels, which balanced the colours a bit. Then I increased the saturation by 15%. The bright sky is the problem, it overpowers the dark street, so I cropped a bit off the top of the sky. Then I selected the sky with athe magic wand and darkened it with burn tool. Then I did auto levels again, which balanced the exposure one more time. |
