Silhouette of Cuckoo Shrike (6)

I heard this Blackfaced Cuckoo Shrike's trilling call as he alighted on the palmtree at dusk. I quickly took 2 shots on 200mm zoom, the second being a better angle as he had moved position slightly on the frond and the silhouette of the bird stood out well against the cloudy sky. Just as well, as a second later he was gone! I enhanced the sky in PhotoShop and cropped the photo to improve the composition.
The Blackfaced Cuckoo Shrike is a native of Australia and is common in open forest and urban areas.

Noise

I used a program called Neat Image to remove some of the noise in the sky that would have come about after lightening and changing the colour in PS. Its a nifty program for this.
