This shot was taken from the ski lift outside of Santa Fe ( altitude about 7000 feet and cold on that chairlift). I like the effect of the undulations of the mountains in the background. I am thinking this shot could have used a polariser filter.

I increased the contrast, and decreased the brightness. I also increased the saturation a tad. I hope you like it.
