I happen to stay in a nearby hotel and took this timed night shot using my point and shoot camera. This place has a historic significance and a WIKI link is given along. This seems to be a gift from Germany after Mexico got independence from Spain.
Had to take this picture by stabilizing the camera on a lamp post. Added some SEPIA effect and sharpened, resized the picture.

This is the first time I visited Mexico and I felt it had some contrasting lifestyles. Restaurants are priced equal to the U.S whereas I don't think the income level is equalled. Awesome tropical weather and enjoyed my short stay.
