"Oh ungrateful and strong ground, my ground!
Castile, your decrepit cities!
The sour melancholy
that populates your shaded solitudes!

Manly Castile, scorched ground,
Castile of the scorn against the luck,
Castile of the pain and of the war,
immortal ground, Castile of the death!"

Fragment of the poem " For grounds of Spain " of Antonio Machado of his book of poems " Fields Of Castile ".

I saw this place much next to the city of Toro.
The province of Zamora has a few very beautiful fields of soft undulations, where the cereals of intense verdure are mixed with the tones ocres of the fallow.

A WS with another capture.

El mismo cerro dándole la sombra ya que las nubes estaban en continuo movimiento.

The same hill giving him the shade since the clouds were in continuo movement.
