There are so much things possible with the shadow and highlight option, if you choose the 'show advanced options' screen in CS3.
Shadow 23% - tonal width 75% - 30 pix radius
Highlight 10% - tonal width 65% - 30 pix radius
+42 colour correction, +2 midtone contrast
0.01% black clipping, 2% white clipping
