I hope you don't mind for my touch.
1. Convert to 32bit and back to 16bit making Local Adaptation and playing with curves to bring up colors o shadow areas.
2. Rotate a little degree at left
3. 30%fade sharpen (details lost ny rotate)
4. -9Green, +25Blue @ midtones
5. +11Saturation @ Master and +150Hue, -11Lightness @ color range from cyan-blue to magenta-red (Remove some ungly magenta-blue from shandows)
6. +27contrast, -2Brightness
7. Using of brash tool to blur a little the sky
