"what is this life if, full of care; we have no time to stand and stare" - this line certainly does not hold good in this case! i sometimes wonder...when we came to this world, we were alone; when we will leave this world, we will be alone; so cant we spend our entire life span alone?

First of all to much yellow - Find the color ballance menu reduce the yellow.
Noice level is high, first blur your image a little to get rid of the noise and then sharpen it to bring back the sharpness. (I know it sounds crazy to blur it and sharp it again, but it works in this case)
Than give it a litle contrast and saturation. Just a little bit, not like the previous workshop. that is way too much.
since your image is not that high in resolution to look goog in larger size, put a frame around it so it still look big but the image itself look sharp.
I cropped the top out because the one cloud make the whole image unbalance compositionally. This way the man is looking at the big wid open area.
