As you can see the original picture,sky is over exposed and you will find no DOF because photographer took picture from his/her cell.phone's cam.
1-first i retrived sky colour by copy the sky area and created new layer then changed its levels and curves.
2-enhanced the colors of whole picture
3-sharpen the picture
5-frame added
thats it i guess
