Hello Kay
I made a few corrections to the photo as I thought that it had great potential but a few things with presentation needed attention. Here's what I did.
1. Duplicated Layer
2. Changed Blending mode to Hard Light with 80% Opacity.
3. Sharpened the lower Layer
4. Added frame
