I start with an unsharp mask of 150%, 0.3 pix and 0 treshold. Then edit-fade to lighter. 100% opacity.
Then unsharp mask, 80%, 0.3 pix and 0 treshold. Then edit-fade to darker. 100% opacity.
Last, I cloned out the lady to the left. I did it a bit quickly, so it could have been better.
