Craigmore Pier (20)

Craigmore pier, just outside Rothesay, Bute. It used to have a wooden part extending the stone pier, but with the end of Bute's heyday as a holiday destination, a second pier so close to the main one at Rothesay was no longer needed, and it was left to ruin. Now only the stone part, and the pier building (now a tea room) survive, and it is not used for mooring boats.
