Penguins are my favorite birds, first of all, because they don't look like birds.
Their movements are so humanly expressive, so "anthropogenic" that you can seat and watch them for an hour and then tell a Shakespeare's-worth drama-tragedy-comedy, whatever you will be lucky to be a witness of.

Another amazing fact about these penguins is that they are African penguins. We usually think of Africa as of a motherland of lions, elephants and hippos, but not Antarctic birds. here they are - just a couple of hours from Cape Town.

I posted a close-up view of those two penguins as a workshop.
