(17010) | Rabanal of the Way is a population of the province of León, Autonomous region of Castile and León, Spain. It is near to Astorga and is a part of the region of The Maragatería.
The People preserves enough good the architecture maragata, improving in the last years with the climax of the Milky Way, emphasizing the fronts of the typical houses maragatas and three existing churches in the people.
The people has big importance inside the Milky Way, to the final being of the stage that begins in Astorga, for what from the antiquity she has been covered by the rosemaries in his Way. The muleteers maragatos enjoyed big power and influence in the zone between the centuries XVIth and XIXth century.
