Workshop Note
(FYI) Neatly carved inside the rock, this room, having a door and a window looking to the outside, has been inhabited for generations by Greek people before the independance of Turkey in 1923... The advantage of those inhabitations is that they are perfectly isolated against the changes of temperature, cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
