Séchage du linge
Après un interlude assez prolongé à l’occasion du meeting Bibiday ’07, me voici de retour avec ma série Malgache.
Dans un secteur assez limité à la région d’Ambohimandroso, à mi-chemin entre Antanarivo et Anstsirabe, la coutume locale consiste à faire sécher par terre son linge en bordure de route (Ici, la RN7 qui dessert le sud depuis la capitale). Pas sûr que cette méthode soit la meilleure pour garantir une propreté impeccable…

Linen drying
After a long interlude for the Bibiday ' 07 meeting, I am back with my Malagasy series.
In a restricted area near Ambohimandroso, halfway between Antanarivo and Anstsirabe, the local habit consists in drying its linen on the ground on the edge of the road (Here the RN7 main road which join the southern to the capital city). Not sure that is the best way to guarantee perfect cleanliness…
