A fisherman come back home after a hard day working. It's 18:30 and in half a hour it will be dark.
We will be ready to have a drink in the harbour and to to eat some marvelous food.

Hi Jean,

-I cropped it
-took out the some of the few light in the mountain side (clone tool)
-I used the levels abit
-I magic wand (wand + shift click) all the hot spots then went to select channel and manipulated the white channel to bring in some slight color
-I then burn't in those spots slightly
-I did an unsharpmasked
-I then put the rest of the frame back on to surround the top and sides, also using the eyedropper to keep the original color of the frame
I should have ran it through a noise reducer since cropping it displayed much noise, anyway
