Workshop Note
I ran this through the color fade tool in Paint Shop Pro Photo XI. Put it through digital noise removal at a low setting and then put it through the clarify tool to improve the contrast. Finished it off by using the soften tool, set to low and 'smoothed out' the noise in the water.
