In Oostende, is er nog een plaatsje vrij. Met zicht op zee, wel te verstaan.
Het plaatje viel op, omdat de golvende beweging van de terrasjes gestoord werd.

... and compensating for rather "flat" background, by modifying profoundly saturation (negative-effect in order to detach the foreground from the backtround + enhancing grey/green-tones).
