This is a railroad bridge over the southern end of the San Francisco Bay. It's just to the south of the Dunbarton bridge, shown here--it's the big bridge in the distance-- and here.
It looks like it swings open and closed to let ships through but i don't know that for sure. The foreground water is a salt pond.

I did the following using Photoshop CS.



Firstly, i used the teqnique of tone curve(in 194, out 220) after having adjusted auto level.

Secondary, i did the increase about highlight's volume(+20) and contrast of middle color range(+30) using shadow/highlight tool.

Finally, i did USB and simple frame.
