- Clone stamp to clear the film quality where needed (ex. bottom right)
- Layer duplication & soft focus applied
- Soft focus layer opacity set to 50%
- Merge all layers
- Picture frame created
- Picture title also created
- JPEG exported up to 8% compression, TE ready

I couldn't save the washed colour, in this picture, sorry :(
I like the scene though, so I thought, if you can't save the colour, kill it and make it again.
The light sephia blue tone was custom created, so was the fog effect combined with the new brightness & contrast settings.
