Noise reduction

I made use of the Noise Ninja plugin for Photoshop CS2.

- Made an automatic noise profile;
- Noise reduction at 15 (20 = max). The higher the noise reduction, the more detail you'd loose;
- Smoothness at 3 (20 = max). Lower smoothness leaves more noise, but it adds in sharpness;
- Contrast at 13 (20 = max). Higher contrast results in more silouette-like appearance. Lower contrast in a bit blurring of the colours.

Hope you like it. In the top of the sky, still a bit of noise, but that is due to the low file-size and not really part of the photo. Could have been removed if the picture size was bigger, ie. more data.
