In the background is the Vidyasagar Setu or commonly called the second Hooghly bridge. This is the last station of the circular rail which runs all the way across the banks of the River Hooghly. The place is also very much famous among the young couples. The boats seen in the picture give a half an hour of joy ride in the river for 150 rupees. |
