I just wanted to try out what I suggested in the critique.
I cropped this image to have minimal sky. Just in the lower right corner.
I then increased contrast to +15.
Next I selected the windows and increased the saturation of greens and cyans to +20 each.
Outside the windows I desaturated the image except for the greens and cyans.
I then sharpened.
Let me know if you like this and I hope it doesn't take away any intentions you had with your original view of this interesting structure.
