This was taken during the Kadayawan Festival floral float parade. To my surprise, these guys bedecked their truck with muscles instead, juxtaposing the iconic background.

Czaldy, i first blurred the photo in PS and it worked, then adjusted curves to bring down the red color and almost go to its natural outdoor colors. then i adjusted at hue and stauration for final color correction. and added some noise speckles.
