PHYANG MONASTERY This monastery is located 6 km away from the Srinagar-Leh highway and 17 km from Leh. Built in the 16th century and belonging to the Red Cap sect and there are 5 monasteries, different idols, and collection of Thunkus. Another attraction of Phyang is its museum. This ancient 900 years old museum has a spectacular collection of Chinese, Tibetan and Mongolian fire arms and weapons. Recently this monastery has been renovated. Few kilometers away is the Phyang Lake. The Phyang festival is quite wellknown in the surrounding areas.

there are lot of ways of sharpening, here another one:



- duplicate the photo by clicking on top bar and select duplicate, an original copy is made

- convert this original copy to Image>Mode>Lab Color go to channels and select Lightness Channel

- apply USM 500/0,2(amount/radius) and once more a 18/40 sharpening in this Lightness Channel

- select top layer to get all colors in the channels and then the window Layers of Original Copy and drag this to Original as top layer and blend to darken, duplicate this darken layer and blend to lighten

-adjust both blending layers by desired opacity. Here I left both to 100% to see the max result, better result: darken 90%, lighten 40% .
