This is a common way of selling food in china (and probably the whole world) - putting the food from the farm on the bicycle and go to the place where the costumers are.

I have listened to some of your comments and tried to improve this photo. I have increased the saturation, brightened it up a bit and cut the upper part of the photo.

I auto-adjusted brightness, contrast, color and sharprness. Then I increased brightness and contrast just a bit more. Then ran a contrast mask and then unsharp mask one more time. I hope you like it.
