This is a picture of a very brave person on the ocean with a parasail. The wind was very strong, and occasionally, it looked as if he was about to take off. In the background is a boat full of divers. Sodwana Bay is very well know for its brilliant diving destinations.

I have cropped and added some contrast with sharpening.

I did the following:

* Used NeatImage to get rid of noise.

* Rotated slightly to level horizon.

* Cropped to try and improve composition.

* Added more saturation.

* Upped brightness and contrast.

* Sharpened a little.

* Added a black frame.
