This is a return to the beautiful S.Miguel Island the second Eastern Island of Azores Archipel of nine brothers and sisters, that are live with nature in the vast central North Atlantic Ocean somewhere half a way between Europe and North America. THIS one was captured at Varzea-PONTA do ESCALVADO near a small fishing village called MOSTEIROS in the Western part of this Island that you can see at your right in my my next Link information. This is a very well known place where there are some particular shapped small Islanders emerging from the sea in a vertical way that you can see in detail in this previous picture here: Link
Now, I present this picture of the Monk a Vertical Icon Islander in a sunny day moment after Midday with the sun rays at near 120 degrees of my left and at my face the enchantement of the blue and the contrasting sea boardline wild nature coast. THANKS to them for their complementary great and excelent views of this Island.
TECHNICAL INFO: ISO=64 Focal Lenght=133mm and a very small crop at the lower base and also a small touch of Contrast.
IMPORTANT Note: I post 3 WS-Workshops where YOU can see a Google Map View with the near local of these shots that is referenced with a Green Camera Icon and Escalvado at the left of the Map, the second is a artwork Neatimage of this post and in the last one a similar view taken after this posted one. This nice particular Atlantic Island have harmonious mountains, sea scenery, walles and dolphins, cows with milk and excelent cheese for all the world, black and green Tea, pinneaple and also a great wonderful volcanic sceneries, It's a natural and preserved Island that have many people linked to United States, Canada, North Europe, Brazil and also naturally to Continental Portugal.
