Rainbow Over Machu Picchu (40)

This is the first of many postings from my recent trip to Peru. I can honestly say that this is the most beautiful place I have ever been. I was fortunate enough to visit the Highlands during the tail end of the rainy season, so everything was in vivid shades of green. At the end of the second day at Machu Picchu we had two rain storms come through. The first one produced these rainbows. I must have looked like a mad man running through the ruins snapping shot after shot in the rain. This is one of the many images from that mad dash. It has been slightly rotated and level adjusted. Let me know what you think.

To ehnance the image I used PSP9
- clarify function +5
- color saturation normal/normal
I could use clarify again to make the background mountains more clear but the effect on the buildings in the foreground was too hard/too much contrast.
Ok, you may like the frame or not, it's just a decoration I added to see the result.
