I targeted to stright it, and add some more excitement to this beautiful picture :O)
What I did:
in PS:
1. rotate 1 degree CCW
2. the rope in the top is erased with the clone stamp tool
2. blending - multiply
3. adjust its brightness and contrast a bit
4. framed
in Neat Image:
1. cleaned it, which now gave a nice a blury surface to the picture, it made the flags moving.
