Once upon a time, a canoewas wrecked near Shag Point while it's on a voyage in search of the invaluable green stone. The baskets scattered around this place and became the amazing round boulders.
This is an amazing beach which I think should be a must for every tourist visting NZ.
To clodreno: thanks very much for your workshop. Yes, I have thought of cropping it, but the quality of scanning was a bit disappointing that after cropping, the noise is unacceptable. All of my NZ pics were scanned by my local print shop. Cheap but substandard quality. And because of this unhappy experience, I changed to another one this year.
