It is raining here today, so I wanted to see a rainbow. This is an old shot, recently scanned from a slide. Unfortunately, the slide has deteriorated, but the rainbow still makes me feel good. I attempted to give the image a dreamy look with noise reduction and then sharpening.

Somehow it didn't come out here as I thought, so I have done a WS with the image reduced and a larger frame for comparison.

I think it looked better before I posted it. Perhaps the difference between IE and PSP for viewing. So I have tried a different look by reducing the size and adding a larger frame. Is this better?
