South vs. North shore (2)

We continue the quest for the most exclusive mile in the subtropics, first in the northern hemisphere.

One of the conditions that the first one, facing east, did not meet, was the exposure.
This seashore boasts the smallest sum of heating and cooling degree days in the world.
But it's too windy to be the mildest climate in the world, since the peninsula is exposed to the trade winds.

The view towards west shows why the place we looking for has to be along a south shore.
