 Incoming Snow Storm (34) misterB
(2242) | So far this winter, we have not had much snow here in North Northumberland, but today was the day when that all changed. Living right on the coast, we never see the snow lie, but we do get the chance to see the snow storms come in off the sea.
This shot was taken in Budle bay this afternoon, just as the sun was starting to sink towards the horizon, hence the "glow" in the clouds. My original intention, was to photograph the posts in the foreground, but I was rewarded with a little something extra.
Shot in RAW format, the only post pro that has been done is to level the horizon, clone out some dust spots, and then sharpen the image slightly. The colours and light levels are as shot.
The view looking in the opposite direction is posted in the workshop. |
