The Royal Palace of Budapest has suffered many damages in its long history, but it is still a very impressive building. Rising on a low hill just over the Danube, it seems to be the "focal point" of this big city, extended along the shores of the majestic river. I like especially the view of this building a short time after sunset, when the blue tones of the water and the sky form a nice contrast with the gold-like shine of the palace.

I try to remove the noise of teh sky by lasso the sky then use feather to soften the edge of the area chosen.

Then apply remove noise in the filter

Then After removing the noise, I used select then inverse to choose the area other than the sky, finally I used sharpen to increase the details of the ripple in the water.



If use remove noise non-selectively, the ripple on the water will be smoothened and loss the details.
