This is a shot from the National Aquarium in Baltimore. I took many pictures, but unfortunately this was one of the few that actually turned out looking halfway decent.

Tone Adjustment

Hi Greg,
I did some tone adjustments on certain areas of the photo using the Magic Wand tool, increasing highlights and midtones and decreasing shadows. I also increased saturation, added a frame, resized the photo and applied some Unsharp Mask (USM).
