This is a helicopter view of the suburbs of Douala, the major city of Cameroun. You can see the rough main roads and the small paths leading to the small houses in the backwards. I guess they don't have city planners...
I'm sorry there is a little reflexion due to the window, if anyone knows how to remove it...

Teintes

J'ai atténué les teintes bleues sur les reflets puis j'ai augmenté la netteté et les contrastes.

Gradient and USM
Edited by:richtersl Gold Star Critiquer/Gold Star Workshop Editor/Gold Note Writer [C: 1218 W: 597 N: 848] (3542)

It's not quite 100% but the photo does appear to look a bit clearer. Here's what I did using Photoshop Elements 3.0:

1. Created a duplicate background layer and applied a USM of 500/.2/4 to it.
2. Added a gradient fill layer (Dark gray -> transparent).
- Style: Radial
- Scale 150%
- Removed check from Align with layer and move gradient over the light spot near the lower right.
3. For the layer itself, set the blending mode to Overlay and the Opacity to 65%.
4. Added a levels layer and adjusted input levels to 29/1.00/198

You may want to adjust the levels a bit differently.
