Using PS 7, I used successive layers to adjust your photo - 1) Adjust levels in which I increased contrast and decreased bright 2) I selected the blue of the sky and increased its saturation 3)Little mends in minor places 4) Merging layers 5) Saving

My intentions are friendly, just thought of cleaning the sky from noise and adding a few color.

First selected the sky (feather at 25) and raised the blue tones. Then I cleaned the noise by adding some Gaussian Blur at 0,8px.

Then the crop field... raised the red curve (input 22% output 12%)

Now the total photo, dicreased the shadows by 5% and midtones by 5% as well.
