1. Crop.
2. Resize 120%.
3. Colors adjustments ( selective colors, contrast, temperature, saturation)
4. Blur effect tool over water (obviously, this should be got by a longer exposition time when shooting... I did it just to illustrate).
5. Retouch with sharp, dodge burn tools.
