Beginning of evening, Ngapali beach...

To see this boy and his horse on the beach evokes me the freedom.

In this country, this word isn't nevertheless an evidence.

Hi Pascal-

I hope you don't mind.

I prefer my moving subjects to have some place to go in the photo. Therefore, I moved your rider to the left. With such a small image, it was not easy, and the quality (size quality, not image quality!) isn't there to do a great job, but this is my attempt.

~Cloned rider with rectangle marquee tool and moved him left.

~erased everything around him to restore sea and sand to highlight

~used clone tool to remove the original rider

~used clone tool at 10% - 25% opacity to try and smooth sand (only semi-successfully though)

~vignetted with separate duplicate layer by darkening 10% +/-, and erasing with a 500 pixel brush at 33% hardness.

~I also had to erase the tail to remove some of the highlights, and then did a poor job of putting in some "flyaway" tail feathers.

~flattened and uploaded

Again, not a great job of post production, but it was fun. Thanks for such a wonderful image to play with!!!

~Vic~

Thank's to Filip (Gringofil) for this suggestion.
