She is the second woman under the tree, she have in hands the stick she was building when I came to them.You can see on top of the picture that she use vegetal fibers to put a small piece of wood. It's make a kind of grip for the branches. With this she shakes the tree and then small flowers, leaves or fruit fall down for the cattle.You can see it on the WS (it is not the same girl).
Theese tthree girls were together but looked very different.

This girl is shaking branches for cattle. All is dry, there is no grass anymore, only way for fooding is too high; that's the way local people found...
