Workshop Note
The purpose of this workshop was to bring out more detail in the horses and riders, which I thought would be best achieved through the use of contrast masking. I also thought that a conversion to black and white would be most effective for allowing the details to stand out in the final version.

1) Desaturated the image.
2) Copied background layer, performed contrast masking and changed layer opacity to 80%
3) Created a levels adjustment layer, changed the rightmost slider value to 211, changed the layer opacity to 75%
4) Created a curves adjustment layer, brightened the highlights and midtones and darkened the shadows slightly.
5) Copied the background, performed unsharp mask with settings of 20,50,0, changed the opacity to 50%.
