El antiguo camino de Santiago permanece sin peregrinos. Aunque no soy una persona religiosa, ésta vía ha sido el enlace con Europa durante siglos, ayudando a crear lo que ahora es la Unión Europea, una vía para fusionar culturas más que para separarlas. Esta foto me parece apropiada para un día como hoy: La fecha en la que nosotros, los españoles, votamos SÍ o NO a la Constitución Europea.

Winter morning. The ancien Road to Santiago stays pilgrimless. Although I´m not a religious person, this road was the link with Europe during centuries, helping to create what it´s now called the European Union, being a road to fuse culture rather than separate them. I found this picture appropiated for today: The day when we, Spaniars, are voting to say YES or NOT to a Eurpean constitution. |
