This bell at Hanuman Tok in Gangtok was placed at the entrance of the temple. Not very usual of a hindi temple. A zoomed out look of the Temple can be seen in another picture of mine - here.

there were three bells lined up and has bunch of thread like cloth hanging to asist everyone (short and tall).

I tried with PS :

1. remove the noise with blur and some with clone stamp

2. applied sharpening a little bit with USM
